read this in a book, it may seem silly to many ppl...
what are ur goals in life??
somebody answered:
1.to be able to eat well
2.to be able to sleep well
3.to be able to rest well
it may sound foolish but simple things are even harder to attain in our lifestyle.
thats why i can't resist a standard meal time and standard sleep time:)
haha, that explains my poor grades.. lol.
but that helps to keep me ready for the next day.
lack of either one means lots of whining. =X
